This Privacy Policy describes how Devotek/VTEK Software Labs/NEO Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile applications: ShieldForce, CityPulse, and HelioSync (collectively, the "Apps").
We collect information that you provide directly to us and information automatically collected via the Apps.
Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and professional credentials.
User-Generated Content: Incident reports (ShieldForce), project updates (CityPulse), and ROI calculations (HelioSync).
Biometric Data: If enabled, we access local biometric sensors (FaceID/Fingerprint) for authentication. Note: We do not store biometric templates on our servers.
Precise Geolocation: Used for GPS-based attendance and site tracking (ShieldForce) and infrastructure mapping (CityPulse).
Device Identifiers: IP address, device model, and OS version for diagnostics.
Usage Data: Taps, screen views, and app performance logs.
We use the collected data for the following "Required Reasons" as defined by 2026 App Store guidelines:
App Functionality: To maintain rosters, process sales quotes, and manage city grievances.
Security & Safety: To verify guard presence at sites and protect administrative data.
Diagnostics: To identify and fix software bugs.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with verified service providers necessary for app operation:
Cloud Hosting: (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) for database storage.
Analytics: (e.g., Firebase) to monitor app performance (fully declared in our Apple Privacy Manifest).
Map Services: (e.g., Google Maps API) for location-based features.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
User Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data directly through the app settings.
Account Deletion: You may request full account deletion via the "Profile" screen, which will purge all identifiable data within 30 days.
Following 2026 industry standards, all data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Sensitive local data is stored using high-speed encrypted databases (Hive/Drift).
Our Apps are designed for professional and administrative use and are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).
